Great stay

This was a super easy stay. Communication with the host was 10/10. Neighbors got pretty loud one of the nights after midnight but that was really our only hitch.

GREAT stay!!

I just got back from my Austin trip and was in the home for two nights. It was just as advertised and the check in process could not have been better. The home was just as advertised and clean and the neighborhood was close to so many fun things to do in Austin. GREAT location!! This house did not disappoint and my buddy and I will definitely be back for another Austin weekend!

Great find

This location is so close to downtown Austin. The management has picked a few great areas to make our stay wonderful - filtered water ready in the fridge, super-soft bath towels. We would stay here again.

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood. The property is close distance to downtown Austin and S. Congress so convenient for all the activities and attractions. Professionally managed with good communication. Pleasant stay.

Great home - short ride from everything you'd need!

The home is great! Very clean, felt safe the whole time, comfortable beds etc. - everything you would need. The home is great for experiencing Austin - there just isn't much that's directly walkable from the home. Everything is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Great spot in Austin

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Austin and enjoyed our stay. Getting around the city is easy during the day and the place is in a quiet area for sleeping at night. No trouble parking or checking in and out and the host responded to all messages quickly. Great communication and great stay

We came down to Austin for a family wedding. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Enough room to fit all of us. Perfect location and the owner communicated well. They made sure we made it and checked in to ensure our stay was great. Thank you!

Acl concert stay

The property was within a 8 min drive to downtown ACL...it is also within a 15 to airport...it was very clean and well equipped ...generally a nice stay in comfortable nairborhood

Great Location, great host!

Apartment was cute. Just big enough for the 4 people staying in our party. Had friends meet before going out for the events and it was plenty of space for the whole group to gather before leaving. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The only thing to make sure of, is it is about a 15/20 min drive to downtown austin to areas like The Domain, or 6th and Congress. B Other than that definitely worth it and we'll be back!!!

Nice little place to stay!

My niece and I were in town for the races and this was a nice place for us to stay. We liked having a place to relax in the evening and having a kitchen was great because we were so tired after a long hot day at the track. Comfortable beds and nice A/C and ceiling fans.

Cozy at its best

The property it’s self was the perfect size and everything was so nice and set up on the inside. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds weren’t that comfortable. I loved the access too the washer and dryer to wash clothes and the open concept it had. The whole place felt cozy and was perfect.

It is just perfect

Information on the webpage is very accurate. The only not positive comment I have is about the floor. I think is the cleaning company who is missing to complete their job cleaning the floors properly; Other than that everything was great!

Not a good night’s sleep

Hosts were great about communicating directions to property and how to get in. It was a cute house, easy to find. We were disappointed in the very uncomfortable beds and sofa bed. And sad the hosts didn’t leave bottled water or snacks for us, or any type of cream/sugar/sugar substitute for the coffee. Most other vrbo hosts leave drinks and snacks for guests.

Dropped the ball

My first stay on a VRBO property. Selected due to location, available beds and price. Three guys for a race wknd and we are not fussy. On the plus side modern appliances, wifi, tv, ceiling fans, ac, well prepped kitchen, neighborhood fair . On the negative uncomfortable beds, blown out couch with worse fold out bed, floor that will turn your bare feet black, toilet seat coming loose, no big towel bars and a broke small one, little evidence of outside maintenance and a driveway of busted up asphalt, dirt and potholes. Good news all that stuff is fixable. If so I would rent again.

Overall good stay

Very clean, good communication, good location for our needs, bathroom towel hooks were pulled out from wall, master bed mattress could use an upgrade. The biggest complaint was the microwave did not work and was not repaired during our week stay. The neighboring properties were somewhat unkept but did not negatively affect our stay. Overall though a good experience.
