As part of our commitment to a secure and comfortable environment, here are a few important things to know before your stay:
🔐 Background Check & ID Requirement
Per Lumos regulations, we kindly ask for the following:
✔ A photo ID for all guests.
✔ A 7-year background check (BGC) for the main guest. (International guests are exempt but must provide ID.)
We’ll send easy step-by-step instructions closer to your check-in date. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!
🔢 Guest Count & Occupancy
Please let us know how many guests will be staying when you book — or if that changes later on.
👥 The guest who booked is responsible for everyone in the group.
🚫 No unregistered or last-minute guests without prior approval.
💵 Note: An extra guest fee of $25 per person applies after the first 2 guests.
❗ Unapproved guests may result in a $25 per person charge.
📌 Violation Fee: $250
🚷 Respect for the Property & Neighbors
We want everyone — including our neighbors — to feel comfortable.
Guests who cause disruption or damage may be asked to leave without a refund.
