The space
Whether you're looking for a festival, a quick weekend getaway or in town for a conference or a Congressional session, this is the perfect spot to lay your head. If you're looking for a party pad, this unit is not for you :(

That said, a brand new Tuft and Needle mattress, along with CuddlePedic pillows (local Texas pillow company) will allow you to achieve that Stage 4 deep-sleep cycle!

At 650 sq ft, this peaceful 1/1 condo sleeps 2. There is 1 Queen bed in bedroom. Also note, this is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator. That means 2 flights of stairs. The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 amazing, private, treetop balconies to escape above the buzz of the surrounding city. Basically, it's badass and perfectly situated in downtown Austin.

As our guest, you will have access to the entire apartment. No door is off-limits. We hope you enjoy yourself and feel at home. There is an assigned parking spot (#14) that will be dedicated for your use.
Other things to note
The building is super-old, so noise carries easily through the floor of this top-floor condo to the units below. Please, please, please be respectful of our neighbors!

The railings on the balcony and in the stairwell are spaced more widely than recent residential code now calls for. Please keep small children away from railings, as they could fall through.
