Convenient location to Downtown

Property as a whole is under construction, which I'm sure will be nice when completed. Condo has been renovated, but still has some elements that could use refreshing. Felt comfortable and functional.

Overall good stay :)

We enjoyed our stay here. It was recently renovated and looks nice on the inside. The beds and space is as advertised. The complex is under extreme construction which was a little creepy and there was a lot of loitering across the street through the entire night. The location in relation to downtown and Rainey Street was perfect. Communication was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and just made sure to lock all our doors etc.

Clean Property

Nice property to stay at for F1 or any other time in Austin. Close to downtown, airport, and track. Parking was very easy in the provided lot. Sleeping arrangements were just as advertised. I would book this again.
