This is a modern, spacious, and bright 3 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Austin weather. Our house is brand new and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Lake Travis.



The Space:

The living and kitchen area are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view backyard space. The large sectional couch is the perfect size for up to six people to sit comfortably on to enjoy watching the smart TV or playing games.



Along the kitchen, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any questions!

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dressers, mirror, and its own bathroom. This large bathroom has a spacious shower along with a walk-in closet. This bathroom also includes the amenities of towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and iron board.



The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and closets. A full bathroom is located right outside and down the short hallway. This bathroom features a spacious bathtub with a showerhead and curtain. Amenities include towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The washer and dryer are located through the kitchen.
