Point Venture is on Lake Travis, 20 miles northwest of Austin, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Travis is 44,000 acres of fantastic, clean, fun - full of many areas to swim, relax, or engage in golf/frisbee golf/tennis/boating/jet-skiing/fishing/etc.

The 50-acre park is surrounded by Lake Travis on both sides, with picnic areas that never get too crowded. It's a haven for kids with swings, a merry-go-round, a playscape, and a small playhouse.

Point Venture Marina includes Captain Pete’s floating restaurant and bar. Open 7 days a week for dinner. Park your car and walk out on the marina, or come by boat and pull up to the marina. You'll love their menus if you love seafood, burgers, tacos, and drinks. Chef Ben has been among the most celebrated chefs in the Austin and Lake Travis area for many years.

The club room is available to rent for $50 per day. The capacity is 75 people with tables and chairs. Full kitchen and ice machine with 20 ft. serving bar. Free Wi-Fi, wood-burning fireplace, piano, performance state, projection screen, and TV cable service available.

Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without a parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

Billie Jeans Parking provides 2 parking spaces in front of the condo. We kindly ask our guests to use those spaces and if guests need extra parking we have a large parking lot area for boat trailers and extra cars it's located on Venture Blvd S and Lakepoint Cv by the pool and office.
