I arrived and hour early with my dog. I was here for a funeral and would have to wait over an hour for the room to be ready with my dog and very hot weather. Even though they were very short staffed they got a room ready for me very quickly. I appreciate it so much because I had to walk my dog outside and 90° weather. They were so very nice and got the room ready so quickly. Great staff and I would definitely stay here again.

Lady at front desk was nice. The property is in rough condition. Wouldn’t stay there with my wife or on any weekend other than when the Masters is being held.
Its a budget motel. Dont look around the room for issues
as youll be there all night. Nice people, trying hard to please. Needs money spent but slept well, decent shower and felt safe. Good location if going to the Masters but don't expect too much. Couple of fast food joints very close by.
Was a quick drive to Augusta National and was a good price point when comparing with some major hotel chains. Was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to sleep, nice shower and good location!

An old Ramada Inn property. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The workers there were extremely nice and even reached out to us about an item left in one of the rooms. I'd stay there again.
The property had poor maintenance and the room had a very strong odor of cigarettes and cannobis. The staff had an ionizer in the room immediately prior to my entry into the room, which did not fix the issue.
This was the worst place I have stated. Very poor conditions I will never stay there again. The cost of the room was too high for the condition of the room. I only choose it because I don't not have time to research the hotel. It's a dump.
Check in was very quick (paid with app) location and price were a factor in decision to booking this hotel plenty of food choices nearby. The room was a king handicap room and room was ok but bathroom was very large and clean with proper equipment to handle disabled people another big plus was it was a smoking room ( I’m a smoker).

Burns in the blankets, extremely strong cigarette smell right in front of the door to a NO smoking room. You could see the light from the parking lot shining all around the door, like it didn't have a seal at all. Then two and half days later I received an email explaining that there is a $50 deposit on all non-smoking rooms. This was two and half days AFTER our reservation!!! Nothing was said when we checked in they just added it to the credit card we used to book the reservation on this app!!!

Fair hotel for the price. Fridge and microwave, clean. Nothing fancy
Very friendly and efficient staff. Sadly bed was hard, highway noise was loud and worse yet there was dried blood on the show curtain. On the bright side the rest of the room was very clean so this is not maids fault. I know they can do better.

I politely and timely asked for a refund I was sick. I could rebook for the future. I called the owners and also called Expedia and was denied. I use Expedia exclusively and expected better results because of my loyalty.

The amenities here were a bit scant, and the room was a bit stale and not super clean. But the price was reasonable and the owners were kind and helpful.
This was a one night Trip but I had a Great Time . Hotel Room was clean I didn’t see Any roaches so that’s a good thing , didn’t see anyone walking around or hanging out outside it was very quiet. AC worked perfect in the room for that Hot weather. Even the comforters and sheets looked new and the pillows, they were not saggy like most motel pillows. No complaints at this time I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area and the price was Great
