"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. "We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful."
