Welcome to your lakeside retreat! This newly renovated ground-floor condo, located just off College St, offers a luxurious stay with stunning waterfront views. Enjoy easy access to a variety of amenities, including tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts right behind the unit, as well as a refreshing pool a short walk away. Plus, with Tiger Transit readily available and your proximity to the university, exploring Auburn is a breeze. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this exceptional condo.

The Space:
The apartment features a comfortable living room with a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals. It includes a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The bedroom offers a King Size Casper Original bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and it connects to a full bathroom for added convenience. A utility closet with laundry facilities is conveniently located across from the bathroom.

Baby equipment rentals are available through a trusted provider, BabyQuip. Kindly message us after booking to arrange for these items.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you'll have exclusive access to your single-level private apartment, comprising of a bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. In addition, you can enjoy all of Lakewood's amenities, including the communal pool, garden/backyard, tennis courts, volleyball court, and lake.

The Neighborhood:
This a condo complex with a variety of residents. Some are current college students, a few families, and elderly residents as well. There should not be any noise or parties.

The tennis courts are basketball courts are located behind the I building. To access the pool, you can either drive to the main entrance of the complex, or you can walk along the dam of the lake. The Tiger Transit pick up and drop off location are also accessible via a short drive or a walk along the dam.

Getting Around:
Lakewood Commons is located behind the new Aldi on the corner of E University and College Street. You will be very close to Starbucks, Wal-Mart, plenty of restaurants, and more.

The University is technically 0.8 miles away. It is somewhat walkable for those desiring a bit of a journey, but I would recommend an Uber on Game Days. Tiger Transit does not run for games.

Other Things to Note:
This condo only has one door, which is the front door that opens out to the lake. To access the unit, you will park behind the building (I recommend parking between Building I and H), use the sidewalk to walk to the front of Building I (it's about 30 steps to the door), and your unit is the third door down from the right. The door lock should be recognizable as it is unique to this unit.

Also - try not to leave the front door open, especially at night. You are in Alabama and near a body of water, mosquitos will try to get in, so do your best to shut the door as quickly as possible when entering.

Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.

This is a strict non-smoking property. A fine will be assessed if any smoking at all is detected inside the unit.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly property. Pets include cats. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. A standard $150 Pet fees may be applied to your booking.

Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me, but I am always readily available and communicate thoroughly.

For multi-week stays, my cleaning staff may do a mid-stay or monthly clean in accordance with their availability.

Gorgeous Condo will stay again just fabulous!

It was completely as described, beautifully, remodeled, completely immaculate and clean luxury linens, and accessories in the condo. Quiet surroundings an absolutely perfect stay.
