Set along the city's bayside bike path, take in breathtaking views at sunset as natural light pours in through all of the home’s oversized windows. Sip coffee and watch from your kitchen island as ducks swim and crew boats glide along the bay. Or, relax after a long day in the jacuzzi with heated bathroom floors.
Conveniently located three blocks from the beach and foot steps from the bay. Under 10 minutes to every show and form of entertainment possible at one of Atlantic City’s nine casino properties. Walking distance to a wide variety of ethnic restaurants as well as ice cream parlors and bars. Settled inside the city’s University District and two blocks from Stockton University.
Overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway and across the channel from a boat drop in Bader Field. Lots of local spots to dock a boat.
One block from the end of the Black Horse Pike/Route 40. NJ Transit bus service picks up on Hartford & Winchester Aves a block away. Atlantic City Rail station is within walking distance and Atlantic City International Airport is a 15-minute drive.
