Good Day Gisela,I would like to apologies to you on how the news of the move was delivered to you and that we had to relocate you to another property. We were having issues with a floor and had to relocate some guest. It's definitely not an excuse for how things were handled but we thought it was the best way to ensure you were comfortable and since it was an issue on our end we did cover the stay at the second location. You should be able to get your money back from Expedia for you original booking. I do apologize that we failed to properly accommodate your party at the second location.We hope in the future that you would give us the opportunity to serve you again.
