Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-full bathroom home nestled in the coveted Clairmont neighborhood of Atlanta, now available for your stay.

The space
4 of the bedrooms boasts a plush queen-sized bed and a television for your entertainment.
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Gather in the cozy living room, complete with ample comfortable seating and a generous flat-screen TV, perfect for memorable movie nights.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access all areas of the house except basement.
Other things to note
Parking: Guests can park their vehicles in the driveway or on the street. However, please do not block the mailbox or the neighbor's driveway.

Public transportation: The nearest MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) station is about 1.5 miles away. Guests can take a bus or a taxi to reach the station.

Grocery stores: There are several grocery stores within a 2-mile radius, including Kroger, Publix, and Walmart. Target is about 5 minutes or less depending on how fast you go...jk.

Restaurants: There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 5-mile radius, serving different cuisines such as American, Italian, Mexican, Ethopian, Thai, Brazilian, Japanese, Chinese etc. Don't let me keep going because I can.

Attractions: Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, World of Coca-Cola, The Battery, Piedmont Park(Usually something fun going on), Centennial Olympic Park, High Museum of Art(second Sunday of each month, the High offers free admission for all visitors from Noon to 5 p.m), Ponce City Market, Stadiums(State Farm, Mercedes Benz, Truist for the sports lovers), Stone Mountain Park(for my hikers) and so much more etc.

Pet policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests can smoke outside in designated areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Quiet hours: Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

Amenities: The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for guests to use. Towels, bed linens, and basic toiletries are provided.
