The Space:
Located on the 20th floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for a stylish and spacious experience. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts 2 super comfy Queen Beds with plush linen, spacious living room with 2 Murphy Beds, and a sofa. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen and resort style bathroom.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo! Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.

In the Heart of Downtown Atlanta! Close to EVERYTHING!

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Cover parking garage right behind the building. Both requirement payment. Street Parking available as well.

Uber and other rideshare is less than 3 minutes away with great pricing!

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriated times during each season.

Very nice concierge team

The 24/7 concierge team was very friendly and informative. The security was very comforting and top notch. The apartments are older but maintained well. The laundry in the basement was very convenient.

Large well appointed condo

Convenient to all downtown activities. Large and roomy. The 2 pull down Murphy beds were perfect for overnight guest one evening. Will stay here again.

Nice condo!

Very nice small condo. Decorated nicely and fairly well stocked. Could use more hand towels and kitchen towels. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would stay here again

Room did not seem cleaned recently and was full of dust. The check in process was fine. The A/C in the living room did not work at all resulting in a very uncomfortable stay for the 2 nights.

First, access to the condo was very non-problematic. The condo was exactly as described very spacious and clean. There was minimal noise from surrounding neighbors. One negative aspect of this particular condo was that you could not regulate temperature from inside the condo it seem to be a more centralized building control. It was OK for us, but if the temperature in the condo wasn’t to your liking, it would have been hard to adjust. Additionally parking was problematic. It was 40 a day to utilize the parking garage overall it was definitely a great place to stay very accessible to downtown would definitely recommend this location.

Horrible

Do not recommend this place whatsoever. Felt completely unsafe as two women traveling. The fire alarm went off randomly at 11 PM at night - it was a false alarm and apparently this is a regular occurrence. We had to walk up to twenty flights of stairs because the elevators didn’t work and there were blood spots all over the stairwell. We read articles about a woman who was murdered in this building. A group of men loiter right at the front entrance and stared us down catcalling whenever we entered or exited the building. The sheets and pillows smelled like horrible body odor. Do not recommend!!

No central AC

The property itself was very nice. Downtown. Parking was questionable. There’s a lot right behind the building but we were quickly told not to park there unless we wanted our car broken into. There’s a small parking garage not far past the lot. My biggest complaint is there is no central heating/cooling. The temperature is controlled by the building itself. When we got to our room it was very warm/stale air. There’s a ceiling fan in the living room & a small one in the bedroom. Although the property was clean I would not stay here again for that one reason. It was only low 70s during our time in ATL so I can’t imagine staying during warmer months.
