The home was cute and cozy. There were some great accommodations like mouth wash and makeup remover wipes, variety of kitchen supplies and cooking materials. Check in was super easy and the home had updated appliances with a cute decor.However the sheets and pillow cases in the rooms didn’t appear to be washed, there were stains and didn’t smell clean and some towels didn’t smell clean.

The property was overall very nice and perfect for our group. My only suggestion would be the walls in the bathroom upstairs looked dirty !

This place was horrible and filthy. The walls, bedding, rugs and dish rack mat was visibly dirty. The window seals had large cobwebs and blue tape. There were several ladybugs crawling in seperate areas of the home. It smelled as if someone sprayed cleaning solution in the home in an attempt to distract from the issues. There was wine left but even the 2 glasses were dirty. He was responsive and he and VRBO provided an immediate refund. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

First, let me mention that my family enjoyed their time together while celebrating my grandson’s graduation. But, being that I am 62 yo with hip issues, railing is very important at the front steps and steps at the garage doorway are needed. Second, the grill was filthy, food still on it and it hadn’t been cleaned inside so old food and grease started to flame up. Three…..the sheets were not cleaned inside, there were crumbs on the bed I chose when you pulled back the bedspread, but others mentioned that their sheets were not cleaned as well. Fourth, there is an invasion of big black ants upstairs, but primarily downstairs.Also, we could not adjust the thermostat and it was freezing at night. Most of the children got sick later that week. One more thing, the fridge and freezer were filthy. We had had to clean both before we were able to use. Oh and 2 of the ceiling fans did not work and not sure about the blue tape on windows downstairs???

Family Stay for Clemson/Georgia Football game

The house was a perfect location to get to and from Mercedes Benz Stadium for the football game. Straight shot just 4 miles up Martin Luther King Blvd. Home is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was seamless.

Thanksgiving 2024

House was beautiful. Absolutely loved it. Mr. Harvey was outstanding. Always responded quickly. Will def rent again. The only issue/dislike I had was the steep driveway… again love, love, love this property and the manager.

Graduation weekend

The place was BEAUTIFUL, just as the listing. However not accessible for handicap AT ALL. I HIGHLY recommend handrails on the front steps. The stove was not working but he QUICKLY accommodated what we needed without hesitation.

Great property

The listing was as accurate and the property was clean. Make sure you bring your own car as the train station is not an enjoyable walk. Harvey picked up every call and was quick to helping when we needed it.

We had an unfortunate event that occured which was out of the property manager's hands it was handled well and with compassion, which was greatly appreciated. despite the event the property was just as advertised and the manager is very responsive

Our Atlanta Stay

Everything about the house was great. We only encountered a couple of problems. There was roaches in the house downstairs and in one of the bedrooms upstairs had roaches. The only other problem that I encountered is when I took trash out walking by the garage door some hornets flew out of the hole in the brick & and stung me. Best part to me was the shower in the main bathroom. Overall the place was great.

No Hot Tub

The house over all was ok. Plenty of room for all. Temperature in the house was warm and we did not have a way to turn it down. Bathrooms were dirty where the wall meets the floor in all bathrooms. One room downstairs had the blue painters tape to tape up the gaps in the window. Advertised with hot tub and there was no hot tub.

We want to let you know upfront that we will be leaving a five-star rating. We understand how critical positive ratings are to maintaining and growing your business, and we are happy to support you in that way.That said, we feel it’s important to share several concerns we encountered during our stay. Our intention is constructive—we hope these observations help you improve the experience for future guests.First and foremost, safety was a concern in a few areas. The front steps would greatly benefit from the installation of handrails, especially for elderly guests, as this posed a risk. Additionally, there were low-hanging wires in the driveway that interfered with parking and could potentially be hazardous. The steps leading to the drink machine in the garage were also unstable and not securely mounted, which made them unsafe to use.There were also a number of maintenance issues that should be addressed. The thermostat in the hallway appears to need repair. The freezer door handle is broken, and the toilet seat does not fit properly and moves freely. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom doors do not close properly, which affects privacy and comfort. We also noticed mold beginning to develop on the ceiling of the downstairs shower, which should be addressed promptly.Outdoor upkeep could be improved as well. The yard needed mowing, a

Great property, but just lacks a few things to make a fantastic place.

This house was amazing. It is very conveniently located, and everything was very clean! We loved the convenience to the Benz and State Farm Arean. Honestly the only thing keeping this from being a 10/10 is the sleeping arrangements. This house is in desperate need of new mattresses and box springs ( 2 of the beds had completely broken box springs) . All of the beds are basically unusable. We had to use air mattresses because the beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses are in need of replacement, yesterday. Harvey the host was quick to respond to our concerns, but obviously they couldn't come in and replace the mattresses and box springs the two days of our stay. I cannot recommend staying here, until all of the mattresses and box springs are replaced. Once that is done, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay near downtown.

Overall Decent Experience with Improvements Needed

This house accommodates a large group (there were 9 of us staying there). The outdoor back patio, finished basement, & common areas are spacious and it has a beautiful, modernized kitchen & Master bathroom. However, some dishes were dirty/in poor condition & should probably be replaced/cleaned properly. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the place had not been cleaned very well. There was dust everywhere with small pieces of trash on the floor & dining room table. The windows in the living room & bedroom are outdated with cobwebs in the corners. The window in the Master bedroom is poorly aligned & could not be closed fully, leaving a small corner opening to the outside, thus we had a minor ladybug invasion in the Master bedroom & bathroom. This was tolerable as we were visiting during the colder months; however for those visiting during the summer months, we suspect that many more types of "visitors" will come through that window. When we contacted the host about the ladybugs & place not being clean, he was both responsive & receptive and informed that he would try to get his cleaners to return, but they never came. Majority of the beds were uncomfortable. The comforter & pillow set on one of the beds were badly stained. The Master bed was not sturdy with one side of the bed being lower than the other as if it was cracked/unstable underneath. Pool table couldn't be used due to it bein unleveled with water damage. Overall decent stay, but will likely not stay here again.

The floors as soon as you walked in were sticky, upon spraying and cleaning with paper towel it came back black as if the floors were never cleaned. The walls in almost every room had splatters and dirt on them. All of us shared only one bathroom because of the cleanliness there was visible dirt on one bathroom floor. The comforter in main bedroom had stains/wasn't cleaned. The bathroom door also wasn't on the track correctly and fell on my 2 year old however once put on correctly was no longer an issue. We couldn't control the air and when we reached out to the host he responded almost immediately and remotely lowered it however I wasn't going to reach out repeatedly. The ceiling fan did not work even though the light on it did. It was 75 degrees in there almost the entire time and got so warm at night it was hard to sleep on our last day it was so hot no one was able to sleep and we were already packed so we ended up leaving before 3am.
