このデザイナー装飾の新しく改装されたバンガロー（1080平方フィートの牧場）は、ビジネス、結婚式、イベント、家族の集まりや再会、家探しなど、街の誰にとっても素晴らしい「自宅から離れた家」です。 快適で居心地が良く、明るく開放的で、自然光がたくさんあります。
リビングルームは設備が整っており、暖炉の上に大きなテレビがあります。 キッチンは新しく改装され、設備が整っています。 洗濯機と乾燥機を備えた巨大なランドリールームがあります。 （ここに荷物を保管してください！）。 ベッドルームは豪華で、高級リネン、テレビ、オーバーヘッドファン、たくさんの引き出しスペース、クローゼットがあります。 バスルームも全面改装されており、シャワーと浴槽が備わっています。 デッキと裏庭を見渡すフランスのドアを備えた別の書斎/図書館があります。 テレビもあります。 私たちはペットに優しい（少し余分に）とかわいいデッキと屋外グリルと素敵なサイズのフェンスで囲まれた裏庭があります。 ドッグパークは1ブロック半です！ 犬をそこに連れて行き、カントン通りまで歩いて、カントン通りにあるペットに優しいレストランの1つで外に座ってください！

Great neighborhood. City of Roswell is beautiful.
Great experience. We went for baseball tournament and had so many restaurants near by, even within walking distance. We loved it. The house was impeccable.

Another Roswell visit
This was our 3rd stay here. This house has been the perfect spot for my husband, dog and me when visiting Roswell. It’s immaculately clean, comfortable and cute. The location is central to historic Roswell and surrounding areas…. a nice spot to relax in the evening l.

Comfy, quiet house in good location
I stayed at the house, along with my 2 cats for close to 2 weeks. They were very flexible and allowed me to add some days to my original booking as needed to accommodate the wishy-washy contractor working on a renovation at my local house. The bed, bed linens, pillows, leather couch were all very comfy. The kitchen was better equipped than any other VRBOs I've stayed in. They also added nice touches that I've never seen in other VRBOs; a snack basket with various chips, Kind bars, etc. They had some water bottles and basic condiments, butter in the fridge, throws at the foot of the beds, full size and quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice deck in back with chairs, table, umbrella and a cooker that looks brand new. Very close to Canton Street in historic Roswell, with just about every type of eatery you could want. The property manager and owner, couldn't be nicer, and they were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Attention to detail
They went over and above the normal VRBO standards I've experienced. Bottled water in the fridge, some snacks, better stocked kitchen tools, huge amount of books, small amount of office supplies, pet policies. Very impressed and am extending my stay!

Roswell stay w/ our dog
This was the 1st time we’ve stayed at a VRBO house for a 2nd time. We travel everywhere w/ our sweet senior dog and it’s important to us that he’s comfortable. Everything about this house was welcoming and comfortable for us and our dog…. fenced back yard, doggie bowls and basket, coffee stand and snacks, immaculately clean, nicely appointed. We arrived late and the lights were left on for us. Very nice. The house is close to historic Roswell. We attended Alive after Five, which was fun, even if a bit crowded. All communication was prompt. It was an easy, pleasant stay all around.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in Roswell. The house was so comfortable and the location was convenient. Easy check-in even though we arrived late. The owner was gracious and left the lights on for us. The house had everything we needed, even a special doggie basket and bowls. We’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!
My sister and her two kids stayed at the house for about a month and it was wonderful for all of them to have their own separate spaces. It was very clean and had a very welcoming feeling. It was very close to historic Roswell square. The hot water went out at one point and it was handled within the day. Amazing experience overall!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Best place Best owners!
When our family is in town this is the place we stay for our home away from home. The home is clean, spacious, walkable to town and the owners are there for you ALWAYS! I always tell friends and family about this home and Terry (owner) has several more properties we've also stayed at. Yes I recommend her HOMES!

Sweet house in perfect location
I reserved the Prospect Ave house for my in-laws to stay in for their visit. It was so sweet and in the perfect location. There is a really lovely restaurant called Fellows within walking distance. My father in law cannot go up stairs so the house was absolutely perfect for him.

A Great Experience
We were in the process of moving out from AZ. We had originally booked the cottage for 1 month. After finding it much more difficult to find a house to buy we had to extend...twice!! Terry was so wonderful and understanding each time. She really helped to de-stress this part of our move. She's a human Pretzel!! Very flexible. The cottage itself is adorable. Very clean. A dog friendly, fenced back yard. Great furniture, art, and books. The location can't be any better to experience Roswell. Within walking distance of Canton St. and other areas with food and drinks. We would definitely stay in one of Terry's properties again but are looking forward to having our own little cottage!!

AWESOME!!
My husband and I stayed in this amazing house for 2 months while we were renovating our personal home. We loved every minute... it is walking distance to the beautiful shops and restaurants in downtown Roswell and the local dog park. The house is so cute, clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area. The home is well equipped so you really just need to bring your suitcase. Terry is VERY nice and responsive if you need anything. I hope it is an option if we ever need a place to stay in the future. Jana and Mike

Perfect home for our visit
My wife and I rented this bungalow for a visit with our daughter and grandson. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard, the kitchen was well appointed, the bedroom was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us when our daughter and grandson visited a couple of times. We appreciated the location near shipping and restaurants. Terry was very responsive when we had a minor mechanical problem, and the problem was fixed on the MLK holiday. We will certainly rent this home for future visits!
