Shashi Hotel is really nice and well kept! Staff very helpful! There is a huge parking lot that used to be free to park. They are now charging $20 for parking. Patrons now are parking on sidewalk, which is unfortunate that such a quality hotel is having customers park on the sidewalk leaving the hotel parking lot largely vacant. Please return parking to free for customers. It doesn't feel good having such a nice hotel have customers park on the sidewalk. It doesn't match the vibe of the hotel! Thanks for your consideration!!!

The receptionist in the morning is not helpful, very reluctant and ignored my request .
I requested her to provide clean towels in the early morning, when I came back in the evening,I didn’t have any .
I had to go to the lobby to pick up .

Was immediately surprised by how the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. On the way to work, riding the free shuttle that the hotel offers, I asked the driver if this a family owned business and he responded "yes, I'm the owner :)". Great customer obsession I plan to stay there again when I visit Mountain View.
