"This is a really lovely property in a great location. It’s tucked away enough that it’s great for a romantic getaway, and close enough that you can venture down to Lynton & Lynmouth for an explore. We had some trouble booking on a different website (booking . com) but the hosts were so quick to respond and so friendly that we were completely sold on booking the property. "Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "
