Located half a mile from local restaurants and shopping in the heart of Athens in Five Points, less than 1 miles from Milledge Avenue, and 1.5 miles to UGA stadium less than a mile from Foley Field. Walking distance to Memorial Park. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard. Recently updated with new appliances and new bedroom.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need during your visit. Lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to Five Points. We will definitely stay here again for future visits. Thank you!

Lovely stay- extremely clean, posh linens, and the most comfortable beds. Great location near five points- walkable. Highly recommend for family of 4 or 2 couples. Bonus points for coffee maker, and added touch of snacks/water. Excellent communication from Property manager- extremely accommodating.

This was an ok experience. Great location near Five Points, very quiet. It is an attached property. We did find some dead cockroaches the first night then a live one the next night. The host was very apologetic and promised the get the exterminator on it right away. Responsive host

This was a perfect home for our family of 4. The house was super clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you need. The A/C kept the place nice and cool. Nathan was very communicative. We also loved that we were able to walk to 5 Points and UGA. We would definitely rent here again.

Everything was lovely. The house is spotlessly clean in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The automatic motion outdoor lights are so helpful when returning after dark. The host is very kind and helpful. He was very understanding with my family having health issues. I leave my highest recommendations for this sweet home and compassionate host.

Communication with owner was great. Always responded quickly and promptly. Very nice area and the property was clean and very well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
