「Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk. 」

「Had a nice view of the water though separated by a parking lot. Nice little beach area. I rated this as excellent because even though it older and there were a few flaws (tear in the carpet) it was clean and the staff were excellent. Very nice people who are eager to make your stay great. Excellent location. Went for a weekend concert and the walk was very close. 「The staff is polite and helpful. The room was nice, had sand on the floor from a previous patron. But otherwise fine. The bathroom was clean. The linens were clean. The pool was OK. Cloudy water. But otherwise OK. 」

「コロナ禍とオフシーズンのためか、朝食およびベッドメイクはありませんでした。食事は、部屋に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので、10分ほど歩くスーパーで買い出ししてすごしました。タオルやアメニティ、コーヒーなどは、フロントに電話しておくと、ビニールに入れて部屋前に置いておいてくれました。設備は年季が入っていますが、シャワーのお湯はしっかりと出て使いやすかったです。ネットは到着時は利用できませんでしたが、フロントに電話すると復旧してもらえました。サービスは期待しない、やってもらいたいことはフロントに電話すれば可能な範囲で対応してもらえる、ということで、日本の安宿で素泊まりしたような状況でした。オフピークで値段も安かったので、値段相応だと感じました。朝食やサービスを期待する人には向きませんが、安くシンプルに宿泊したい人には良いホテルだと思います。」

「I stayed at their property years ago when I first came to visit and decided to stay there again they did a remodel and I loved the update to the hotel. Everything was clean and quiet. Hopefully when I come back next time, I can stay there again.」
