「Clean and staff was great」

「The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that...

「Room was falling apart, door didn’t even shut, fridge didn’t work」

「Nothing looked dirty, but the pool and hallways didn't look as well clean as the rooms. The staff was excellent. That lady up front is the nicest woman in the world. The location isn't bad and you can see the beach and water. The pool is great but if there was a skimmer I probably would've cleaned it a bit myself. Not awful just could've been cleaner. The only real issue here is there is this wind tunnel effect or something on the floor I stayed on. It would create a vacuum that was strong...

「The property needs major updating. The front door had an almost 1 inch gap on one side to about 1/4 inch. And was very difficult to close.The plumbing was rough! No cold water whatsoever, only very hot water which made it difficult to take a shower. It also seemed as though the employees could care less about anything. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.」

「My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. 」
