「Extremely loud. I had to wear earplugs and download a white noise app. You can hear every foot step and conversation and people going out at it in the other rooms. It was also unclean. I definitely do not recommend this place.」

「Came to Aspen for Ruggerfest 2025, this provided a great home base for the weekend. Clean and quiet and only a 10 minute walk from both fields. Ideal location for people coming to town for future ruggerfests.」

「Great affordable place to stay in Aspen. Loved the included breakfast and parking. The room was outdated, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was a little moldy the shared balcony screen door was broke and would not shut and the floor at the balcony door was rotten. The sofa bed so so horribly uncomfortable, it’s not a mattress. Other than the room the property was great. Will probably stay again just not in the room we were in.」

「Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Rebekah was SO helpful to us. We were able to walk everywhere easily. I really couldn't have asked for more.」

「Staff is very friendly and helpful! The draft through the window and window-unit however made the room temperature difficult to manage. The beds felt clean but weren’t comfortable given the temperature issues in the room. 」
