Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to North of Nell in the past 20 years and like our first two trips we absolutely loved it. Gail at checkin has been here over 20 years, and she is kind and remembers me every time we come. Our unit was a middle-tier unit (there are three tiers), and it was beautiful and extremely nice and spacious. The location couldn't be better. I highly recommend it to anybody!

Reviewer Comments: NNorth of Nell is great, the location in Aspen next to the gondola and right in the heart of town couldn't be better, the accommodation was fantastic and exactly as described, the whole property was super clean and very well maintained, the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend North of Nell for anyone visiting Aspen and looking for a great experience and place to stay. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay in this Aspen condo. The location is unbeatable—right next to The Little Nell with true ski-in/ski-out access to Ajax Mountain, plus an easy walk to the shuttle for the other ski areas. Everything in town is walkable too: restaurants, shops, and even the grocery store.The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The management team was exceptional—communication was prompt and helpful, and they did an especially great job staying in touch with us despite travel delays. We would absolutely stay here again.
