「This is an amazing place filled with character and lots of little items that made the stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with equipment enough to host a full Thanksgiving dinner! We only got to stay 2 nights, but it would be a great place for an extended period of time if you are exploring the area in addition to taking in the shows in Ashland.」

「Len provided me with an outdoor table and extra chairs so I could have dinner outside with my family because one had the flu. So wonderful to be able to socialize with everyone without risking getting the flu! House was very comfortable and well supplied. Close to downtown and hiking. Off street parking for one car. 「The Grandview house and property far exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoying making meals together in the beautiful kitchen and reminiscing on the deck while taking in the spectacular views. We were fortunate to see lots of wildlife too. We hope to come back next year.」
