「Did online checkin so when I got to hotel lady at desk just had to print papers and we were good to go! We had king size room, comfortable! Breakfast was delicious!!! 」

「Hotel was at capacity for the weekend but everything was perfect from check in to check out. We got to the property about 45 minutes before check in. Our room was not yet ready which was 100% expected. We made the comment that we were just there a little early to swim, they allowed us to swim why we waited for the room to be ready. Pool was perfect temperature and crystal clear, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and even with the full house breakfast was smooth and...

「If you want a hometown feel then Fairfield Inn is the place, from the friendly staff and the cleanest rooms, the comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast which was served hot and fresh every morning. Will definitely be returning here again 」

「The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs. 」

「My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family.」
