"Great location and incredibly helpful staff! The kind man at the front desk (wish I had gotten his name) helped me get my phone charger back when I left it there and hand-delivered it to me. Room was clean and comfortable, and I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Wish I had stayed longer!"

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
