NO CLEANING FEE. Comfortable, cosy and quiet. Stand alone house with internal access to a carpeted garage, this is a very light house. A heatpump to ensure you are warm during the winter months. Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Perfect small family stay

We booked this super little house for a few days while in town to support a family member at a sporting event. Not only was the house clean, warm and practical, it was well located with easy access to Ashburton town centre.

checkin worked perfectly, owners responds quickly to questions. House can easily be cooled or heated depending on needs. House was clean and we appreciated washing machine and stash of additional linen and towels. Kitchen is well equipped, although a tea pot and larger cooking pan would have been helpful. would certainly stay again, thank you
