"The hotel was convenient especially for an early morning flight. No need to take the Hoppa bus and risk traffic tie ups. My room was comfortable. Though there were take-offs and landings throughout the night, the sound was faint if at all. As hotels go, it is above average but certainly not exceptional in decor or amenities. However, it was definitely exactly what I needed to make my transatlantic trip less stressful."

"Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable. Only negative was a service charge for front of house was applied to the bill at checkout and presented as mandatory part of the invoice. On my second stay a different lady at reception let me know exactly what it was and that it could be removed if I wanted (I was happy to keep it but didn’t like what felt quite sneaky the first night).
