"my stay was fantastic, I will note the door is tricky to figure out, even when staff showed me how. I will note the electrical plug in the room i stayed in (room 1) was very loose and is a fire hazard. otherwise it was a fantastic stay."

What I liked: - Easy self check-in with code - Large room - Upgraded bathroom - Kitchen facilities What I disliked - No TV in the room - Only 2 pillows and they were too soft - No closet in the room although there was space for one - Kitchen facilities were shared"

"The apartment was very easy to access on the first floor and check in was quick and simple! There was tons of space inside and it was super comfortable. The self service laundry was the highlight of our stay for the middle of our trip! Super close to downtown & host had many local recommendations which were greatly appreciated. We would recommend this stay & hope to be back one day!"

"Amazing spot near Husavik! The cottages are tucked into the woods for maximum privacy and are very cozy. You can get to town in less than 5 minutes and to the Myvatn area in less than an hour. Highly recommended"

"We travelled in mid-September. After viewing the photos when booking, I mistakenly thought the guesthouse was in close proximity to the falls. It is actually 25 minutes from Dettifoss. It is north of the falls so it is positioned well for Asbyrgi Canyon. Don’t judge the accommodations from your initial take of the outside. The amenities are great - kitchen is well stocked, great eating area and the bathrooms are newly remodeled. We would definitely go back again."
