Todo excelente. El desayuno exquisito y el personal muy amable. Muchas gracias!!

It is a good location with comfortable and large rooms. It is good value for a traveler who just wants accommodation. It has a front desk which is a plus.

It was 6 C in Buenos Aires and there was no heat in the hotel. They told me that this is what the guests preferred :). I asked for a heater an was told there was none. I called Expedia for help. After receiving the call from Expedia, the manager was kind enough to find a heater. My colleague who booked from another agent was not able to get a heater. Second issue, there was construction in the hotel with disturbing loud noise which was not announced to people who reserved at that hotel. Third issue, the hotel tried to charge for minibar items that I had not consumed.

Excellent stay. Great location — though it’s noisy on the street the room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding; staff are exceptional and very professional. Bonus: excellent rooftop view of the famous Recoleta cemetery. Felt very secure, comfortable throughout. Only area for improvement: shower water pressure could use a boost. But, will gladly stay here again in future visits to BA!
