The staff here go above and beyond to help. Very accommodating and helpful. Every staff member we spoke with had a smile and very friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking didn’t cost anything which is a plus in Seattle. They were helpful in guiding us on how to use the bus system. The only thing I wish they would’ve had was a pool and hot tub.

I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and safe stay for our new years celebration. My daughter loved the room and we all loved the space and views.
