The stunning holiday home Villa Rosers is conveniently located in Colonia de Sant Pere. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people plus two additional childs under 12 years old. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a television and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.



The home features a private open terrace with seating furniture and a private pool, so guests can fully enjoy the sun. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!



Thanks to the convenient location of the home, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is 5 minutes away on foot (450 m), and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (650 m). A large selection of shops and restaurants can be found in the centre of Colonia de Sant Pere, about 8 minutes away on foot (approx. 750 m). The white sands of Platja de la Colonia are 12 minutes away on foot (1 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 59-minute drive away (69.6 km).

Street parking is available. No pets allowed. House is located in a residential area, please don't play music and make noise after 11PM.
