"The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology. The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away. The food at the restaurants are great. The pool area is very nice and the spa may be on the pricey side but is lovely. "

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too. There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. What impressed me most was not luxury, but the special atmosphere. Surrounded by rice fields and water buffalo, with beautiful stilted houses, the whole place felt calm and unique. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s design is stylish yet reflects the local culture, which made the stay feel very authentic. A lovely surprise was receiving a small bag of rice from their own fields when we checked out. Such a simple but meaningful gesture left a deep impression.
