"The check-in is easy, receiving a code in advance that unlocks the property doors and the guest room. The room is comfortable, though not extremely spacious, but very clean. Front desk staff is very friendly. The wait for the elevator can be a little bit long."

"Room was clean and spacious. Some of the hallways smelled a bit musty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. There are renovations going on at the moment so only one elevator was working in the lobby which was very slow, so just an inconvenience when there was a kids pageant taking place at the hotel while we were there. They had a limited menu over the weekend and most of it was over priced for the quality of the food. The buffet style breakfast had several options and was decent for the price. The hotel is large and all areas were very clean including the outside areas. We did not have any issues with the wifi, even able to stream shows on the tv."

"The location is amazing. It’s away from the main entertainment of Broadway but a five minute walk to the main hot spots. The hotel lobby was clean but the rooms were not cleaned well and needed upgrading. "

"I used the parking for the airport. Shuttle to airport was great. Pick up was not. Called hotel for pickup and stood in area directed. Driver was not told where we were and drove on without picking us up. Had to call for a second pickup which meant we waited in total about 35 minutes for a shuttle. "
