The food and restaurants are outstanding. The hosts are genuinely caring, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There are outdoor grill stations every day, and the meals are not only delicious but also feel fresh and healthy. The swimming pools are beautiful, plentiful, and exceptionally clean. Overall, this truly is a great place to stay.
That said, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were initially assigned a room that we did not book ,the worst room on the ground floor,described as a “garden view,” which it clearly was not. We had to spend one night there before finally being moved to the room we had paid for. During this time, we were told no other rooms were available, even though multiple rooms were clearly available on booking websites.
Aside from this issue, the atmosphere among guests is wonderful. Everyone seems calm, respectful, and pleasant to be around, which adds to the overall experience.

Very little sun, so spent most of the vacation in the shade of the hotel or shade of the palm trees. Great food and drinks though!

New Hotel well maintained, Service was so-so , they seemed to be overwhelmed. Stayed for NYE. Staff was friendly. The tipping seemed to be excessive for a all inclusive. Food concepts was really good but the execution was average.
Good Property but they have to work on the details and improve the overall experience. For the right price it could be a good value.
