"We have stayed at this property probably 5 times in the last 7-8 years. It is the hotel we use when flying into or out of Milan, from the US. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and modern (if not a bit sparse), and its restaurant is always good. The only negative comments my wife and I might make are that in our last visit, the cleaning staff had only left us one set of towels, and no drinking glasses. Other than that, we will be pleased to stay there again...

"Lovely classic hotel but the service lacks. Two attempts to fix a noisy bathroom fan both failed, no apology and theres a lack of good customer service generally. Some staff are polite and friendly others can’t raise a smile. Hot breakfast items were poor and stone cold, other breakfast items very good. Easily rectified issues but can they be bothered? "
