The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. However, the entire stay we had not one hot bath during the winter. The water was ice cold even after running it for 30 mins. It was extremely uncomfortable.

This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. When the kitchen ceiling sprang a leak due to the large amounts of rain, the property manager wasn’t concerned or responsive until Expedia Customer Service got involved. Overall, I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Great customer service, beautiful hotel. My room also had an amazing view!

The room was very nice and the staff were all excellent.

I enjoyed my stay there everyone was nice and it is an easy access to my office.
