I really liked the hotel, I loved the architecture, and I give thumbs up for the service but I definitely prefer a quiet night in my opinion the ambient of the Hotel should be more orientated to a place to enjoy the birds and nature the music was too loud

Excellent service and facilities the business area had a place with two computers could be improved with light more welcoming, one pool should be open after six, more coordination with towels and toilet paper etc with number of people in room each otherwise excellent service, excellent food, excellent staff and beautiful environment, smooth check in all questions answered and requests made were answered with courtesy and immediately, great place

The property was close to the airport as it's own redeeming factor. Unfortunately we booked the Mocawa hotel in mistake thinking we had the Mocowa Resort. When we changed to the resort they kept the other hotel charge despite us cancelling it. So we essentially paid twice. We tried to resolve this with Expedia and in person but they still charged us twice. Will never stay with Mocowa agian. Besides there are better hotels for families in the area. I strongly recommend Hotel Camelias near Parque de Cafe. Much nicer, more accommodating, better food, and amazing, atmosphere.

The good: the hotel has good facilities and a variety of entertainment options. The vast majority of the staff is very friendly. The average: the rooms are standard, but could be better equipped. For example, the bathrooms could have better quality toiletries and include essentials such as shampoo. At the moment they only include a multipurpose soap. The food is not bad, but could be better. The bad thing: the service at the front desk was lousy and unfortunately damaged the whole hotel experience. The people in charge not only lack good customer service, but we suspect they are involved in illegal activities. Our experience started when they forced us to pay VAT when we explained a thousand times that we are not residents of Colombia and we checked in with an international passport and we had the supporting documents proving that we do not reside in the country. They did not give us the exception because we did not have a stamp in our passport. Which does not prove our non-residence. They didn't bother to verify our documents, but made us pay the tax. The worst: my husband sarcastically told the man with glasses at the reception desk (they don't use name tags), that he was going to pay with his "Colombian resident card", which annoyed him. Within 20 minutes my husband's card received 5 fraudulent charges that although we have NO proof, we believe that the man at the front desk is allegedly behind this scam. Bonito lugar, gran piscina, servicio en front des muy bueno, en el restaurante aceptable, la comida aceptable, se pidieron dos platos de carne y las dos las sirvieron pasadas de término, los baños adecuados, las habitaciones cómodas pero las tarjetas de ingreso y activación de energía no funcionaba adecuadamente y los controles del aire acondicionado no permiten apagar la luz led del split, en términos generales una buena estadía. Excellent hotel avec des lits confortables, un bon restaurant avec une carte variée et une tres belle piscine. À 90 minutes del Valle des Cocora, 30 minutes du Parque del cafe et 60 minutes de Panaca. L'aéroport est a 10 minutes. Le seul probleme que nous avons eu est avec un autre restaurant de l'hôtel (pizza et pates) qui se reserve par le site de l'hôtel. Quand nous sommes allés à l'heure de notre réservation, on nous a dit que le restaurant n'ouvrait pas le dimanche!?!
