The hotel was fine but a charge of £124.99 was on my credit card which shouldn’t have been charged if I didn’t do online banking I would’ve have seen it before left all.I Was told it was an error in their system I don’t think this is good enough no real apology Iam disappointed at this also the service in the bar for our meal was very slow and they didn’t have what I ordered on Friday night again no apology

Overall it was a good stay, beautiful property with a charming farmhouse and lots of character. Could do with a better clean - lots of cobwebs. Could have been remedied with a quick clean when you know guests are checking in.
