Excellent value for money. Lovely staff, great food, clean rooms and beautiful scenery.
The location is just perfect if you want to go to glendalough! But what makes this place so perfect is the staff!!! THEY ARE ALL AMAZING!! It is in a quiet location also.
AMAZING!!arearamazing
Amazing stay! Our room had a wonderful view and a glass door that opened to the balcony. All amenities were on the property with a gorgeous golf course next door. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Parking was very good! The bar had a great selection and a fun place to hang out and have a drink. The dinner menu options were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ireland!
The staff were very helpful, particularly Shannon who assisted us with our luggage on an exceptionally busy time when we checked in.

Nice location.
Lovely location and a range of facilities. Dining room is a bit of a barn and could do with cleaning the windows so you could enjoy the view more. Helpful staff.
One night stay. Friendly staff, nice dinner, spacious room. Very comfortable and clean but the property does feel a little aged...nothing wrong with a stay here.
Love staying in the Wooden Bridge hotel ! Incredible history that surrounds the hotel is mind blowing. Staff are first class. Rooms are perfect. Food is great. Love staying here.
This is an older hotel. Carpets and hallways need updating. The room was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was typical Irish breakfast with plenty of food.
Friendly staff and moved rooms after complaining about late night bar noise. Excellent breakfast and location perfect for exploring Wicklow. Only complaint would be about non electric cars using the charging station slots.

The hotel property was rather dated but this was more than compensated by the excellent staff who could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was good as were lunchtime snacks.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very cosy and clean. We had the best dinner in a long time in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was well stocked as well. The only frustration is one of our rooms had a smart TV, but by the other didn't, so that was a frustration with 3 kids. Otherwise no complaints!
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were nice but beds very hard. We had to move to a different room on our second night as our original room was over the bar and there was noise until 1.30 that night. Main dining room is very bare and has no character but if you can manage to get a table in the original part near the bar it is lovely
Restaurant was very busy and as a result very slow. A couple of drinks orders were missed and had to be reordered. Food was good. Rooms very spacious and in decent condition. Unfortunately my room was directly above where the band were playing and was a little noisy. 30 minute walk down to Avoca so the rural location is not such a problem.

Disliked: Amenities
Had a basic room. Beds were comfortable, but everything else needs renovation, in particular, the bathroom, paper products were low but no additional ones given. Requested a room with view of golf course but had room facing the parking. The blackout curtains were too short and let in the light. No sheer curtain for privacy so had the curtains drawn all day.
