「Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln.」

「Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss.
We will definitely stay here again.」

「Great location to stay in Tsilivi, very central and everything easily walkable.
Katerina and Spiros were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble for them and their team.
Pool area was very good as were the cocktails!
Would highly recommend!」

「Had a lovely stay, really lovely villa and the owner was very nice and helpful and had also left us a few snacks and a bottle of water on arrival which was appreciated.
They also allowed us a late check out as no new arrivals were coming on that day.
Would definitely stay again.」

「An amazing stay for an 11 night holiday. Central location with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach within walking distance. The host and the cleaner were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall an excellent location to stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Only downside is there’s no lift so it can be difficult to lift a heavy suitcase up and also it is opposite a karaoke bar so the noise can be loud on occasion. But overall...

「We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and kind. It made our first trip to Zakynthos such a happy and memorable...
