"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

"A really lovely small hotel surrounding a pool. A lot of care has gone into the grounds and making it a quiet haven. Great pool bar that does some great lunches. Wide selection of drinks especially for non drinkers. There are a variety of different sized rooms all facing the pool. Staff are very welcoming. We’ve been back twice and am sure we will go again. A little gem ina rather run down Kalamaki."

"Our stay in the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting from a beautiful family room with private pool and little garden, great amenities, quality food, caring and friendly staff and one of the best kids clubs we have experienced! Our kids loved spending time there with great variety of activities and lovely staff! The only improvement we could mention is the Spa facilities - we lacked tranquility as the entrance is shared with the gym and can get a bit noisy. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Wonderful 4 nights stay. Stunning views from everywhere you look. Room was clean, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony with ocean views. Fantastic service - everyone is well taken care of here. Breakfast had many options - lots of fresh fruit, etc. The gym was a tad small, when more than 6 people were in it at a time. Pool and beach were great! Would definitely recommend a stay here. We had a rental Car and explored many areas of the island. You can walk to nearby restaurants for supper - Noka was a great find."

"Mon séjour était vraiment incroyable! Dès mon arrivée, tout le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et accueillant. Après seulement une journée, on avait presque l’impression de faire partie de la famille tellement l’ambiance était chaleureuse. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et super bien entretenu. La piscine était vraiment belle et toujours impeccable, ce qui rendait l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le buffet était bon — ce n’était peut-être pas le meilleur que j’ai eu, mais il y avait quand même énormément d’options pour tous les goûts, donc c’était très facile d’y trouver quelque chose qu’on aime. Oui, les avions passent près de l’hôtel et peuvent être assez bruyants à l’extérieur, mais honnêtement, une fois dans la chambre, c’était parfaitement correct et on n’entendait presque rien. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour l’ambiance, le service et la qualité générale du séjour!"
