"So peaceful and so Nature. I love rainforest and the view in our room with the ARENAL VOLCANO right when we open our Casetas 51. Awesome. Love everything ❤️"

"We loved this hotel. From the first day the property manager stopped us while we were walking the grounds and tried to find a sloth for us. Told us where it normally was and when to see it and we returned the next morning per his guidance am sure enough saw it. He also saw us out on my birthday and wished me a happy birthday which I found very hospitality. Rooms were great, we had villa with tub. Saw lots of wildlife off our deck. Property is gorgeous and the view of the volcano is amazing! Food was great from breakfast, lunch, and dinner (recommend the spicy shrimp). Pools were amazing and the view while you’re in them. I could go on and on about this place. 1000/10 recommend."

"We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive."

"Our stay at Arenal Monoa & Hot Springs Resort was excellent. It served as a great home base while our family explored the volcano & the surrounding jungle. The property is very clean. The pool, pool bar & hot springs were relaxing. The views are incredible and you will encounter plenty of wildlife while walking around the property. It was nice to get away from the crowds in La Fortuna with an easy 10 minute drive to the resort. The on-site restaurants are good, which made our decision to eat at the resort that much better. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again."

Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs

"What I liked the most was the staff that were always willing to help and when they see any animals on the property they would take you to see it. we also tried all the breakfast options which was very good. The hot springs were amazing the room was clean every time we came from a tour. We hiked on the property they have trails to go see waterfalls, ceiba tree and a farmhouse. What I didn’t like was they need more lighting and signage along the paths it was very hard to see at night."

"It's in a great location. Very convenient for different activities. The property is very clean and beautiful with lots of greenery. The free breakfast was excellent! Lots of yummy fruits and other many choices! Hot pools were nice! Staff were very friendly. The onsite restaurant have amazing food. The price is reasonable. Every dishes were artically crafted and delicious. We ate every night there. It was a pleasant surprise! Would choose the same hotel again next time."

"This place is so beautiful! So many options for pools/spas. The trails through the property and views are stunning. We loved our time here! Only negative is the room noise. We stayed on the ground level and the noise of the room above us was terrible. Just walking on the floors or moving around the furniture was very loud. Otherwise it was an amazing time!"
