「My family and I had the BEST time!!! Patrick was awesome. He helped with arranging any tours we wanted, pointed us on where to eat, and where to go if we needed anything. The house was unbelievable. Plenty of space for the seven of us, gorgeous views...everthing we could ask for. And the daily breakfasts were sooooo good. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and the Red Sunset. It is truly the best!!!」

「街の中心から少し離れていること、２〜３分歩けば、レストラン数件とスーパーもあり、快適にすごせた（街の中心地は夜もかなりうるさい）。 モンテベルデ自然保護区行きのバスも、ホテル前を通過するので、そこで捕まえればよかった。 部屋のハンモックでぼんやりしていると、目の前に、アグーチやモットモット、ハチドリが現れる。 また部屋に常備してくれているコーヒーも美味しく、スタッフも、ツアーなどの相談に丁寧に対応してくれた。」

「We had a great stay with 4 guests. The property is about an easy 10-15 minute drive from La fortuna. We found the layout of the home to be very enjoyable. The host was very accommodating with some last minute scheduling changes we had due to issues with our flight. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. 」

「Very quiet little cabin, near all the activities and a few steps from the trails to the river. Being off season some of the amenities were out of service but we enjoyed the gardens and trails and the covered areas during the rain.」

「The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us. 」

「If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). 「We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable.
