「Our stay was amazing! Staff was very helpful, the check in was easy and communication throughout our stay was very easy as well. We also had the place to ourselves the whole time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay :)」

「We loved our stay at your spacious little apartment. The room was perfect and the plants and trees there were beautiful. Our host, Arelys, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our outings. Her experienced husband took us on a night walk in the cloud forest and taught us a lot about the local flora and fauna. It was very educational and a lot of fun. Pura Vida! 」

「Casa Curre was exactly as advertised. The views from the house were stunning, and the house is clean & comfortable. It's a longer drive into town than i realized - it's narrow and curvy but the road is in good shape. If you can make it up the mountain to Santa Elena, you'll be ready for it. Don't miss the Owl Night Walk offered by Casa Curré owner! It starts right from...

He even drove us back to San Jose and had a baby seat for our little one! The food was excellent, the rooms were much bigger than we expected, and the location was perfect. The highlight was the stunning view of the volcano—you can see it so clearly from the beautiful pool (when it is not cloudy), it's like it's right in...

「This was far from restaurants and transportation. It is more like a hostel with small rooms. Interesting building though but located on a side and dark road . Owners are very nice and friendly Wifi was good.」

「Very clean and comfortable house surrounded by the forest. Kitchen is fully equipped. The dirt path towards the house needs work otherwise your car could get stuck. definitely need a 4 wheeler vehicle. We saw monkeys and toucans in the morning. Very calm and quiet stay it was. Thank you Jorge and Miriam.」
