「First time to Wilmington. Not sure what to expect. Property was easy to access and check in was seamless. Staff was friendly and offered me a lot of local knowledge and advice. Room was way more than I expected and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were super. Wish they could replicate this service countrywide. A+」
「The lobby was beautiful and held most of the attraction but going to the room and viewing the property compared to the pictures online left something to be desired. Overall the cleanliness was okay but certain amenities like the ac and tv were working incorrectly and /or broken. The pool was great and the breakfast needed some more options but was laid out nice and tasted well. Overall a good bang for the buck but isn't the best place for a picky eye.」
「My first time at the Comfort Inn. I was traveling with an 8 year old. The neighborhood is not very safe but ince in the hotel, it's fine. Staff is pleasant, common areas clean. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable and linens nice. The room had a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. Complimentary breakfast was a nice perk. Perfect for a one night stay.」
「空港からシャトルサービスがあることと、値段の安さで決めました。電話をすればシャトルをよこしてくれます。隣にあるHoliday Inn ExpressとLa Quintaと共同で運行しているシャトルです。朝は30分に１本でした。空港が近いため飛行機の音は深夜まで大きく聞こえますが、寝るときはそれほど気になりませんでした。ちょうど改装中で、改装が終わってすぐの部屋を案内されました。清潔で広くて快適に過ごせました。フィラデルフィアを訪れる際はまた利用しようと思います。」
