Comfortable spacious accommodation

All the photos in the listing were accurate. There is even a washer/ dryer. I left a note for the owners about a couple of things. We would stay here again if in the area and available. Thank you.

Lovely Stay

A very nice little unit tucked into the trees in Arden, NC. Would recommend you grab a few spices and seasonings if you plan to stay here as the kitchen is a tad spartan. Otherwise, the unit is clean, well-maintained, and relatively easy to find. Made for a great stay.

Fantastic Place

This apartment was even better than advertised. It is beautiful, quiet and close to the sights in Asheville. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Modern Mountain Stay

Nice modern style accomadations. Nice stay with nice kitchen supplies. Appreciated the amount of towels and linens provided. I found the water pressure to be too low. The outside could use a good cleaning. I was looking forward to sitting with my morning coffee on the ouside deck but it was covered with leaves and sticks and the cushions were dirty and stained. The driveway was steep, backing in is a must though it took a day or too to feel comfortable backing in. Thankfully the rental car had a back up camera. It was nice the be able to back up right to the door for loading & unloading luggage etc. Host lives on the top level yet it felt very private. Upstairs was not too noisy but I could hear the dogs playing and dropping their bone on the floor every once in awhile. Decent accomadations in a nice nieghborhood.

Perfect in every way

This is our new favorite place to stay while visiting Asheville. We loved the cheerful and comfortable furnishings. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was superb. We loved sitting on the porch in the trees while having coffee in the morning. Can't wait to visit again!!

Easter with family

Beautiful new 1BR suite, very accommodating with all new furnishings and appliances. Great location close to shopping and access to Biltmore Village and downtown.

As Good As Home

This location is just lovely. Everything was super clean and well appointed. The unit was very comfortable and convenient to visit all the sites around Asheville. I loved the decor and from the selection of reading materials in the home, I feel like I could be friends with the owners. Great stay. My one advice to future renters - Try to arrive before dark so you know where you are going for the first time. I arrived pretty late and although GPS led me directly to the location, the last couple of turns made me give pause. It's a great place to stay in the Asheville area.

Calm seclusion

The description was spot on. The unit was very clean and easily accessible to things to do. Even though it was in a neighborhood, it was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Great Place in Asheville

This is a very clean, comfortable apartment to use as your base when exploring the Asheville area. The location is very nice. You will stay in a quiet residential area, but it is right next to tons of restaurants and shopping. To go downtown or further just jump on the freeway.

Perfect getaway outside of Asheville

The location was great, it was close enough in proximity to downtown and the Biltmore that we were able to do lots of things. The decor was super cute and overall a clean space. The kitchen was well equipped, and they had extra towels/blankets/etc. You can tell they put a lot of effort to make this space comfortable for guests. I would stay here again!!

ARDEN NC TUBING TRIP/WEEKEND STAY

My wife & I were looking for a place to stay that was somewhat convenient to both Sierra Nevada Brewery and for Zen Tubing on the French Broad River. We not only found a place, we found one of the best VRBO rentals ever! This place was not just modern/updated but it had everything you needed beyond the typical amentities. The property owners Daniel & Alice were extremely easy to work with and the property was located such that you backed your vehicle in within 2 feet of the front door for unloading, This was a treat since stairways are not easy with heavy loads etc. We HIGHLY recommend this place for a great couple's getaway and we will plan to come back for sure!!!!!!!! Daniel/Alice-sorry we missed meeting you in person since we are dog lovers too. Gary & Diane

Beautiful Space

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. This was a much better option for us than a hotel. There was plenty of space and all of the basics that we needed were provided. The neighborhood is quiet and in a really convenient location to anything you need. The drive into downtown Asheville was so easy. The hosts were really attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
