Located on a quiet street in the heart of town, the house is set back from the road (with little traffic) at the end of a private pedestrian path.

Completely renovated, the house is bright and functional, offering a beautiful living room with a cathedral ceiling (wall-mounted TV - Wi-Fi), an open-plan kitchen furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), a shower room (with washing machine), and two adjoining bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the second with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined together.

You'll enjoy a spacious private terrace of approximately 30m², facing northeast, equipped with a table and chairs, parasol, etc. There is no parking (free street parking is available 500m from the house), but being in the heart of town, you won't need your car for the duration of your stay!

Note: a bedroom window on the upper floor of the neighboring house opens onto the terrace.

- Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided, but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a double bed linen and towel set is €42 per week.
Cleaning is included in the price.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10 per day.

Smoking is not permitted - parties are not allowed.
