The location is amazing! Thi

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The facilities and room were clean. Access to the bus was excellent (several just a few steps away); for the tube, it's a 10 minute walk. Having a second room with a kitchenette made the stay more pleasant. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom has a barn door and it about a foot away from one of the twin beds. The light switch is outside the door which means that there is no way to avoid shining a light on everyone if you use the facilities at night. The laundromat was a great add but was extremely crowded. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods but was busy and chaotic. There are only 2 elevators for over 100 rooms which means long waits in the am between people going for breakfast &/or check-out.

Everything was great. Good location, clean property, spacious rooms for London, free drinking water for guests, complimentary wine bottle.

Location is great. 24 hour reception is good. The basement hotel suite was a nightmare. Every person entering and leaving the property sounded like elephants. Rising damp and leaking windows added to the poor experience.

If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, then this hotel does the job! I was a little disappointed that the windows were frosted and only opened from the bottom, which, along with how small the room was (although I wasn’t expecting anything bigger), made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean, which was great. The only other downside was a bit of an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. Other than those little things, the hotel was absolutely fine for a short stay!
