"Nice new facility. Thoughtful design of the rooms. Baths were beautiful. Breakfast was the best. Location is so-so, but we knew that going in. And we had dinner at the hotel one night and it was underwhelming."

"Clean but small rooms expected of Japan. Lots of amenties like pajamas, cups, toothbrush, shavers, shower caps, etc. They clean your room every 2 days but leave fresh towels and more amenities in a bag on your room door handle. Also trash can be left outside and they will empty the trash can every day if you leave it by your door. Close to transportation and many restaurants. "

"Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla. "
