「We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「フランツ・ヨーゼフ皇帝の要塞として実際に使用されていた建物がレストランとバーになっていて歴史を感じて素晴らしかったです。また周りにホテルはおろか何も無いのがかえって素晴らしかったです。部屋の作りも良く、調度品も凝ってて大変魅力的でした。ポルドイ峠にも車で近く、ドロミテの観光にも便利なロケーションでした。」

「Per gravi motivi personali ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente per avvalermi dell'opzione (inclusa) della cancellazione gratuita entro due GG dalla prenotazione. Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato」

「The hotel has a nice restaurant and a bar. They service delicious meals with nice ambient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Generally the hotel is clean and practical. The down side is the design & condition was rundown. The corridors were dark and overall having spooky feelings. The location is just right, 5 mins walk to town and not as busy/noisy comparing to city center. Only issue is they are charging quite expensively for parking.」
